Partner programme terms

These terms apply to Busnox Implementation Partners and Accounting Partners ("partner", "you"). They add to the terms of service, which apply to every Busnox database, including yours.

1. Active partners

You become a partner when we approve your application. You are an active partner while your partnership is approved and not suspended. The benefits below apply only to active partners. We may suspend a partnership that breaks these terms, the terms of service or the acceptable use policy, or that receives repeated serious complaints from clients; we tell you why.

2. Busnox free for your own company

  • One Busnox database for your own company, with one user, free of charge.
  • The free database is for up to 1,000 accounting entries (posted invoices, bills, payments and journal entries together).
  • When you need more users, or go beyond 1,000 entries, the database continues as a normal paid subscription at the prices on our pricing page. We tell you before anything is charged.
  • If the partnership ends or is suspended, the free database becomes a normal subscription (or a free trial where that applies), with the same notice.

3. Your user in your clients' databases

When a Busnox client gives you access to their database, the client does not pay for the partner user you work with. Other users of your firm in that database are billed to the client like any user, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Partner directory

Active partners are listed in the partner directory at busnox.com/partners with the details from their application. The order follows our published ranking (certified people, finished projects, client ratings, years with Busnox). Suspended partners are removed from the directory.

5. Customisation blueprints

Only active partners can send customisation blueprints for their clients directly to the Busnox team. We review each blueprint and tell you whether and how we can build it, the price and the timeline, before any work starts. You may work on the customisation together with our team for your client.

6. Your clients

Your client stays the owner of their Busnox database and data. You use a client's database only as that client allows, and you follow our privacy policy and acceptable use policy when you do.

7. Changes and ending

We may change these terms with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. You can end the partnership at any time by writing to us; section 2 then applies to your own database.
